Chad was born and raised in Chesterfield County, where he originally worked for his family business since graduation from high school. Being self-employed for over 15 years has allowed Chad to establish from an early age a strong work ethic, high morals and core values. As a business owner, Chad learned how to treat and care for his clients with utmost respect, knowing that his clients are the core of his business.

Once Chad was able to break into the real estate business, he hit the ground running, and his business has taken off. In his first year, Chad was able to be one of the top sales agents in his company. After that, Chad made the decision to come to Valentine Properties, where he could learn and grow his business by referral with one of the top sales teams in the Richmond area (that also shared the same morals, values and extreme work ethic). With all of the industry tools Valentine Properties has to offer, the best and latest in marketing, business networking and a strong reputation of treating every client as family, Chad’s business has continued to grow and flourish each year as he looks forward to many more bright years to come.
In Chad’s free time, he enjoy’s sports, spending time with his family, and enjoying the outdoors. Chad and his wife Morgan have two little girls, Olivia and Caroline, along with a new puppy, Bear, and reside here in Chesterfield County.
